              開料機能提率的可行性方法有哪些?

              數控開料機要制定一個可行性效率高的工藝流程就要把握好以下幾項基本原則:

              一、同步原則就是產品的零部件大方向以產品為單位,小方向以產品的單件包裝件數為單位,控制各零部件盡量同時或在盡可能小的時差內達到包裝工序,避免包裝時等件現象這里面的內容其實就是工藝流程表中的工時項目產品各零部件的工時要清晰準確可操作性強綜合因素考慮得全到位
              1、 The synchronization principle is that the general direction of the parts of the product is in the unit of the product, and the small direction is in the unit of the number of single packages of the product. Control the parts to reach the packaging process at the same time or within the time difference as small as possible, so as to avoid the phenomenon of parts during packaging. In fact, the content is the man hour item in the process flow table. The man hour of each part of the product should be clear, accurate, operable and fully considered
              二、順流原則盡量避免產品零部件在生產線上工序倒流,出現倒流現象會阻障其它零部件的正常流程,就像路上行駛的車流,使整個車間流程出現無序狀態,不利于管理者的操控,這里的內容就是工藝流程表里的工序排列順序其中的難點就是如何解決各零部件生產工序的交叉作業與同步到達的矛盾
              2、 In the downstream principle, try to avoid the reverse flow of product parts in the production line. The reverse flow phenomenon will hinder the normal process of other parts, just like the traffic flow on the road, which makes the whole workshop process disordered and is not conducive to the control of managers. The content here is the sequence of processes in the process flow table, and the difficulty is how to solve the contradiction between cross operation and synchronous arrival of production processes of various parts
              三、充分性原則就是每道工序避免工序自身的浪費比如:開料工序本來設備可以一次同時開料三塊板,而將其設計成兩塊板再如排鉆工序一塊板上的孔位本可以兩次可完,而你將其設計成三次或四次打完,這些都會產生工序自身的浪費從而影響加工效率,要想做好這些首先一點就是相應的工藝文件要全,也就是開料工序要有開料圖,而且要編制鋸路順序,排鉆工序要有鉆孔圖,而且要針對不同型號的排鉆有不同更優化鉆孔方案,同時要結合工時去進行操控
              3、 The principle of sufficiency is to avoid the waste of each process itself. For example, in the blanking process, the equipment can cut three plates at the same time, but it is designed into two plates. In the row drilling process, the hole position on one plate can be finished twice, but you design it to be finished three or four times, which will lead to the waste of the process itself and affect the processing efficiency. The first thing to do well is to complete the corresponding process documents, In other words, there should be a cutting drawing for the cutting process, and the sawing sequence should be prepared. There should be a drilling drawing for the drilling process, and the drilling scheme should be optimized for different types of drilling. At the same time, it should be controlled in combination with the working hours
              四、質量原則任何工序在提高功效時都不能以犧牲產品質量為代價,因為產品質量才是產品的生命,在保質的前提下才能更大化的量產
              4、 Quality principle no process can improve efficiency at the expense of product quality, because product quality is the life of the product, and mass production can be greater on the premise of quality assurance
              五、漸進原則一個好的工藝流程設計其實只是下一個更好的更好的流程設計的開端,工藝設計本身就是一個在實踐中不斷摸索不斷完善的過程,只有更好沒有更好。
              5、 Progressive principle a good process design is only the beginning of the next better process design. Process design itself is a process of continuous exploration and improvement in practice, only better is not better.
